Sign-in...
Please note that the sign-in deadline for the qualifying draw is already on Friday June 14th at 6pm. The tournament office will open for sign-in at 4pm. This only applies to BS14, GS14 and BS16, as there will be NO qualifying draw for the GS16, where ALL entered players are accepted directly into the main draw. The sign-in deadline for the main draw is Sunday June 16 at 6pm. Again, the tournament office is open from 4pm, so there is a time interval of two hours for sign-in. If you have questions about sign-in deadlines, don't hesitate to send an e-mail to te@btsk.dk .

Wild cards...
A number of wild cards have now been granted... Since all entered players in GS16 have been accepted into the main draw, WCs have only been offered to a few non-entered players in that age group. The complete list of WCs can be seen here. There are still some openings for "late entries" to the main draw for girls and boys aged 16&Under and to the qualifying draw for girls and boys aged 14&Under. Let us know, by sending an e-mail to te@btsk.dk, if you want to be considered for a WC - or if you have any clarifying questions...

Accommodation...
All players, coaches, family members and other accompanies need a place to stay during the course of the tournament. For those who prefer a hotel, we are pleased to recommend Farum Park. If you make a reservation, please mention either "Birkerod Tennis" or "Tennis Europe". You may also wish to stay in the club, either indoor in our tennis or badminton hall, or outdoor on our beautiful park-like site. In either case you will also get access to the tennis courts in the morning before matches begin. You can read more on your options in the above menu (click "accommodation"). Organisation...
A tournament of the size of TE Birkerod 2013 makes heavy demands not only on man power (all people are volunteers!), but also on courts, computers etc. You can read more about how we plan to organise the match programme here. Qualifying matches begin Saturday, June 15, and the tournament ends with finals on Saturday, June 21. If you have questions, don't hesitate to send an e-mail to te@btsk.dk .

Acceptance...
The deadline for entering TE Birkerod 2012 was passed almost two weeks ago - and the withdrawal deadline expires later today (2pm)... We have about 350 players from all parts of the world on the acceptance lists - and we are proud of this overwhelming interest in our event! The acceptance lists for all age groups can be seen here. Moreover, we have eight wild cards to the main draw and qualifying draw in each category. The names of the lucky recipients of the wild card will be released shortly after the withdrawal deadline. Just feel free to send an e-mail to te@btsk.dk in case you want to be considered for a wild card, either to the main draw or the qualifying draw. Also, don't hesitate to send an e-mail (much better than making a phone call !!) if you have any other queries. We will make an effort to reply right away...

Welcome...
In Birkerød TK we look forward to welcome players from all over the world to this year’s TE tournament - an event with a long tradition in our club. Before you can play, you need to enter… And before you can enter, you need to do two things: first, get an International Player Identification Number (IPIN) and, second, create a Tennis Europe account. You MUST do both! Otherwise, you won’t be allowed to play. You can find info about the online entry system on www.tenniseurope.org.
